Over the weekend, went into the local B&N and found out that Alton Brown is going to be there promoting his new book “I’M JUST HERE FOR MORE FOOD” on Wednesday, January 19, 7:30 PM!!! That's only a little over a week away! Definatly going to put in an appearance. Might finally break down and buy one of his cookbooks in the hopes of getting it autographed!
I love Alton's take on cooking- more of a scientific approach on how and why you do things a certain way. He's also full of humor and puns. He has a great show on the food network- go check out Good Eats. I promise you won't be disappointed!
