I've been trying to get motivated again since after Christmas, and just finally got off my ass! My apartment complex has a gym and I wandered over to take advantage of it. Not too shabby. They have 2 bikes, 2 tredmills, 2 stair climbers, and a universal machine. I was surprised that there were quite a few people in there.
Now I'm off to finish watching Friends and then read.
