I just finished reading this book by Eric Garcia and managed to laugh my ass off the entire time. The story begins with a late twenty-something woman who is having trouble finding men that fit up to her expectations. As the story progresses you learn that Ms. Cassandra French has 3 "boys" living in her basement that she is "teaching" how to become men. She gives them lessons on fashion, sex, and how to treat a woman. She even has "movie night" where she shows them her own edited versions of great movies! The idea is so out there that you can't help but laugh!!! The ending gets even more outrageous as the shit starts hitting the fan. YOu begin to wonder if she'll ever pull herself out of the mess that she created. I'd love to share how, but I don't want to ruin it. Did I mention that her mom is on house arrest and is only allowed to go 500 ft from her house- and isn't allowed to use the phone either? She tracks down total strangers and gets them to use their cell phone to call her daughter. More cheap but funny humor! Definalty take the time to read this!
